Secluded Direct Beachfront Luxury Retreat

An exceptional and rarely available direct Gulf-front residence, this luxurious estate offers privacy, refinement, and income potential seldom found along the shoreline. Meticulously designed and impeccably maintained, it embodies elevated coastal elegance, where Old-Florida charm meets effortless luxury. Set on over 120 feet of pristine beachfront, with the neighboring parcel preserved as conservation land, the home enjoys extraordinary seclusion and uninterrupted Gulf views. Multiple outdoor living areas—including an expansive beachfront deck, a large covered pavilion with outdoor kitchen, dining area, 55” TV, change room, full bathroom with shower, and poolside lounge area—create a resort-style atmosphere ideal for both intimate relaxation and sophisticated entertaining. Inside, an open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Vaulted, beamed ceilings, statement basket lighting, and walls of glass fill the home with light, enhancing its warmth, tranquility, and connection to the coastal landscape. The home features three bedrooms: a Primary King Suite with breathtaking water views and ensuite bath, a Guest Suite with queen bed and ensuite bath, and a custom built-in double bunk room that sleeps four, plus a crib. The home experienced no water intrusion during the storms of 2024 and has Impact-rated windows and doors to offer peace of mind. This is more than a home, it is a private Gulf-front sanctuary, designed for those who seek exclusivity, refined comfort, and a truly exceptional beachfront lifestyle. Proven Income & Turnkey: Fully turnkey and furnished, this beachfront retreat has a strong rental history spanning many years, generating $352,000 in gross rental income from January–September 2024. Approved for weekly rentals, it offers flexibility to enjoy as a private oasis or to generate income when away. Property Improvements: Thoughtfully upgraded, the home received interior renovations in 2023 by Mason Martin, a new metal roof in 2023, and Café appliances installed between 2023–2025. Outdoor enhancements include pool pavers, coping, and tile (2023), full pool resurfacing by Agnelli Pools (2025), new pool pump and heat pump (2024), and a new A/C unit (2025), ensuring modern comfort and peace of mind. Private Resort-Style Outdoor Living: Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, the property features an oversized heated inground pool with a rare 6-foot deep end. Relax poolside while watching TV or unwind on the beachside deck’s daybed to the sound of the waves. The pool pavilion is designed for entertaining, with a 36” Coyote grill, beverage refrigerators, sink, generous countertop and cabinet space, dining for ten, a 55” TV, and a full bathroom with shower and changing room. The beachfront deck includes Sunbrella-cushioned seating and a fire table, perfect for evenings under the stars. Unmatched Privacy & Direct Gulf-Front Lifestyle: Nestled on a private lot framed by mature tropical landscaping and coconut palms, the estate offers unparalleled seclusion. Step from the beachfront deck into the sand to your private beach access, watch dolphins play and feed offshore, pelicans diving to catch a meal, and experience the excitement of sea turtles nesting on the beach, enjoy morning shoreline walks, and savor Anna Maria Island sunsets. Combining rare privacy, understated luxury, and Old-Florida charm, this one-of-a-kind estate provides exceptional income potential in an intimate, impeccably scaled setting, making every day feel like a five-star escape.

"Great for dog owners, quiet streets good for walks. Lots of people have dogs and everyone is very friendly."
  • Renblank
"Pedestrian community makes it welcoming and fun. Nice place to visit and spend time and having fun. "
  • Lesley H.
"I work remotely so I work from the comfort of my own home. When commuting for errands, I sit in a lot of traffic. "
  • Amanda M.
"I’m on vacation, so I’m not really sure of a daily commute. The drive here was nice. Traffic isn’t bad on the island"
  • Trulia User
"Community is friendly, laid-back and safe. Island is bike friendly and has free trolley service. "
  • Chuck
"Dog walking very common. Limited traffic helps. Dog “clean up bag” stations available. All dogs are on leashes and owners mindful "
  • Codarby
"Free island trolley runs along entire 7 mile island. Also bike paths and golf cart friendly. Getting on and off the island during spring break is a hassle."
  • Chuck
"Depends on the time of year and time of day. Winter and holidays traffic is terrible. Getting off the island and onto the mainland / Bradenton can take almost an hour"
  • Chuck
"Depends on the time of the year. Traffic is effected by seasonal visitors as well as summer holiday weekends. "
  • Christine kourik real estate
"Beach location old florida feel very close to everything all with in walking distance. Very friendly florida city. "
  • Kjmitchellky
"It’s sad that dogs are not allowed to walk on the beach on a lease- I understand when owners don’t clean up after them but we’ve considered not coming back to Ami over it!"
  • Paolabaranowski
"It’s on an island in the Gulf of Mexico. There is a minimum height requirement for buildings. It still has an old Florida feeling to it"
  • Alan o. S. G.
"Our little 7 mile Island has 3 towns, City of Anna mAria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. As long as you get "On island time" when you're here you'll LOVE it. Go to the beach, take the trolley to go shopping or to eat, don't drive around!!"
  • Cheryl R.
"I have lived on the island in the past & know it well. This is a great location, walk to restaurants, shops, library. No bridges and a short boat ride down the canal to the bay and the Gulf of Mexico. "
  • floridahouse2014
"Family has lived here since the mid-60's. The island still has the old-town Fl feel...no huge commercial growth! Restaurants, entertainment and shopping within walking distance. The people are friendly and pleasant. Public trolley available to get around the island. Sunset views simply cannot be beat!!!"
  • Joyce A.
"I have lived here at Island Village on Holmes beach since 1992...it's a beautiful community directly across the street from the public beach with white sandy beaches, blue assure waters...colorful sky scapes"
  • Peggy b.
"Palm Harbor Subdivision is just a five minute walk from EVERYTHING. There is a Publix grocery store, CVS and Walgreens, great coffee, salons and even church, but most importantly, THE BEACH. It is a great communting area because you can get to I75 in 20 minutes. "
  • Robert
    "Just perfect. Clean. Friendly. "
  • Bernardsdaughter
"I lived on this street years ago. The view is now blocked by the next streets put in behind it blocking water views. The golf course is there so the homes get hit constantly with golf balls. Believe me, I lived there for 4 years! Windows were broken Dings into the side, front and front door etc. I would go deeper in for better views or to the very end of the streets. Schools are not good, I don't recommend the area for families with young children. Just my opinion but my children went to private schools. Pricey home without a pool. I can't believe there's no pool."
