We do a criminal background check. We also pull a credit report. (If you are under a current bankruptcy, it is an automatic denial of the application.) We do look at the application as a whole. We will consider a cosigner or additional deposit for applications that may be borderline

    "Tough on Pitbull breed. Few dog parks which are nice. Animal control people that I have been in contact with are very professional. My dog barks a lot and had a complaint. They were understanding and just asked me to handle it. If they pick up a loose dog they will make every attempt to try to get dog home rather than straight to pound. Scan chips, call tag #s, etc."
