About this House

I am selling my mom and dad's house. It is a big older home. It has been in our family since 1960. I am hoping that is sold to someone that will fix it up. It does need some work. It is being sold as is. Some of the things that makes this house stand out is the large bedrooms, the claw foot bathtub, the large kitchen and pantry as well as a large yard. If you looking for a large house please give me a call or text @ 4144123351. Serious inquiries only. You will have to pay for closing costs on this home. If the ad is up its it available.

  • Glenellen M. .
"The old houses are beautiful and the streets are pretty quiet. The people here love the fireplaces, yards and open porches."
  • Stacie A.
"Dog owners can easily walk them on leash in our neighborhood and at a nearby park with paved walking track. Unfortunately, some dogs run loose in our neighborhood so I would definitely be aware of potential encounters and be prepared to deal with them. "
  • Stacie A.
"Socio-economically diverse, dynamic neighborhood with potential for further growth. Many homes are historic and well cared for. "
  • Samuel O.
"This neighborhood is close to downtown without being affected by tourist and student traffic. It is also somewhat up and coming with renovated housing and rising house values."
  • Sammie A.
"The commute to downtown isn’t bad, it only takes about 3 minutes bye car. And the city bus runs just around every 30 minutes or so "
  • Misswood8
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 3 years and I’m comfortable with it. However, I’d like to feel safer when going on a run around my house, but there are too many dogs. "
