Description

This home has just been brought back to life with new paint, flooring, exterior doors, some windows, hardware, lighting and much more. Home offers fenced back yard, close to Memorial Hospital, off street parking, front covered porch, large open back patio. Rent will include water, sewer, trash and mowing. We are local owners and will be doing open houses for people that have applied.

12 month term, Owner will be responsible for the min water bill, trash, sewer and mowing. Tenant will be responsible for weeding flower bed, no outside storage, keeping the house presentable, trash picked up and so on. Any assessed bills to the property will be assessed back to tenant, damage caused by the tenant will be repaired and billed to the tenant at $25 per hr plus material. No blankets will be permitted over windows and no modifications will be done to property without owners written permission. Absolutely no smoking will be allowed in the property (smoke is damage).

    "My husband & i have lived here 4 years. We've had very little problems. The house is great. Most of our neighbors are social. They have looked out for us since we've lived here. The only problems are: we have no stores that are really close for those who have to walk or ride a bus. Although, we do have a nice carry out on Vine St. & Saint Johns. Also, there's a gas station close on Saint Johns that's convienant. There are 3 close schools. I feel safe in letting my grand kid play in the yard. Our neighborhood is safe & friendly. We can have cook outs & lots of fun. We sit by the fire at night in the summer & listen to music. Won't you be my neighbor?"
