Fresh paint in every room. It has Central Heat and Air (the baseboard heat is still in place but they are not used, ignore them) This house is very close to Southwood Academy of the Arts, nice neighborhood with other brick ranch style homes. We will supply a stove. You must supply your own refrigerator and washer/dryer. There is no stove in place at this time because we will buy one that matches your refrigerator if possible. This property is in the City of Anderson so you'll have trash pickup. NO PETS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE! and NO SMOKING $1190.00/month & $1190.00 Deposit. Must pay first months rent and deposit ($2380) at signing. Must be able to provide 3 references, pass a background check, show proof of income, and a finished and approved application. Contract is for AT LEAST 12 months and you must have all utilities in YOUR NAME prior to getting the keys.
NO PETS
 You'll need to submit the zillow app, but I may also ask that you fill out my custom application as well. There is to be NO TRESPASSING at this property! You MUST schedule an appointment to be there!

NO PETS, NO SMOKING, renter will pay all utilities! Renter will care for the yard, cut grass, trim hedges, etc. At least 12 month contract. No parking in the grass or on the road! Renter will do any small repairs that are needed during tenancy. Landlord will make any large repairs that arise.
