Also I stay near an high school football field. so that's also an plus because I get to watch the local high school football games. Which was rare to do at the last place that I've stayed. And I'm close by the library, grocery store, and even my sons elementary school. So basically I can walk instead of driving everywhere. So that saves me on fuel. "
