"Well living here is super cool with a gameroom and basketball court and kids play area with a dog park. Really nice here and quiet at night "
  • Mitchemj
"Sidewalks throughout the area and there are many people walking dogs and friendly people! Safe and friendly !"
  • Rlevario30
"It’s a growing community that hopefully with time they will bring grocery stores. So it isn’t so far to drive into town just for that. School is far into town, but kids get bussed to school. My child is homeschooled so we don’t worry about that. "
  • ThisGuy
"Half the houses in the neighborhood have no trees and several look like theyre dying. Many park their trucks on the sidewalk. Weeds are everywhere. Loose dogs. Trash overflowing from the alley trash bins. People racing their vehicles through the cramp streets. "
  • pokechu
"Everyone keeps to themselves and the streets are tidy, our property’s curb appeal is maintained and no one plays loud music"
  • Amanda Ciulla
"Lived here for one year. My neighborhood is quiet but a run down apartment complex at the end of the block has been prone to violence. "
  • Angela Jackson
"Nothing at all. There is no gathering or anything else like that. People tend to stay to their selves."
  • Angela Jackson
"People walk a lot in this neighborhood and also walk their dogs. It’s a great neighborhood to live at. I’ve enjoyed living here. Nothing has been stolen either."
  • Mboney
"Easy fifteen to thirty minutes commute. There are plenty of fuel stops as well as cafeterias. The only problem is parking."
  • Veronica H.
"It’s super quiet , clean and seems like a really nice place to live ! I’d like to see more houses that are listed in the area . "
  • Eacie
"No one walks their dogs in this are. It’s still not a very dog friendly area and their are a lot of strays. There is a dog park but it isn’t super well-maintained. The stray dog situation makes it difficult or those who allow their dogs off a leash. You just have to be more conscientious of your surroundings. It’s a bit stressful."
  • Kitten S.
"Lotta hobos there’s 3-4 church’s in each corner there’s always a cop in the parking lot looking around I guess and busy street sometimes"
  • Kathy L.
"This is a low class neighborhood where many homes are poorly maintained. There are alot of strays and alot of dogs that run loose. People drive up and down our road far to fast for their beong children in the neighborhood. "
  • Jennifer
"Been living in this area for 6 years now. Love the community, neighbors and park down the street. "
  • Abray3
"not sure why anyone would want to live here or even raise a family here. there is nothing for families to do here, so that means they are stuck inside playing on electronics. very dirty place."
  • Abray3
"Horrible, traffic accidents happen every day. People do not pay attention while driving. Red lights and stop signs seem to be an option for the residents of this town."
  • Alisia402002
"Nice place to live , close to loop and main roads , but a family neighborhood , no restaurant close buy but small grocery stores close . "
  • Danikanmargo8712
"Stores are close by not tok far away and a quiet community. safe to walk around blocks and ride bicycles "
  • Alisia402002
"Need a car but can be in town in 7 mins , I have lived her for 50 yrs and I hate to move , but I want to move closer to grandchildren . This neighborhood is growing and improving quickly , several families with children are moving in which is great , "
  • Bian_soccergirl
"Good family friendly neighborhood. Nice place to live. Never have had problems with the neighbors. "
  • Sarah H H
"There is a little park with a small walking trail around the corner. There are a lot of children and 2 schools in our area. "
  • Crystal H. C.
"I see people walking their dogs all the time and, they are very friendly. Their dogs are always well behaved. "
  • Abby B.
"Keep your dog's close to you cause people will try to take them from you and if that's not enough there are other dog's roaming around. "
  • Bobkat2011
"Dogs are not running loose in the neighborhood but there is usually a lot of traffic as sometimes people drive too fast . There are sidewalks on 95 percent of the neighborhood streets . "
  • Cr F.
"As a dog owner I’m not comfortable walking my dog in this neighbourhood because people have their dogs running loose off leash all the time. "
  • Gabriela L.
"They aren’t care, the dogs are free and can be dangerous for kid’s, don’t feel good when you come in and see big dogs"
  • Dctalavera
"Well there aren’t very many community events. But there are fundraisers held in the park two blocks west of our house, which are nice to attend. And a local church holds community trunk or treats in October for the children. My neighborhood is an older neighborhood with elderly people making up the majority in the area so it’s very quiet and peaceful."
  • Romewine
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood twenty three years and is a great place to raise a family. Folks are friendly, easy to talk to and look after each other’s property. "
  • Jimmyandswrenda
"I’ve lived here for 7 years, I think it’s quiet and fairly safe for this town, where we live hasn’t had many problems that I am aware of."
  • Trulia User
"A lot of events go on at the coliseum such as a gun show, fair, oil industry shows, sports and holiday events. "
  • Mgrissom15
"We’re just involved in football, soccer and different things. Halloween is fun here, there’s a big festival and summer time a 4th of July fandango!"
  • Lagrandotadr
"Everyone that lives around here Drive. Mostly 20ish, 30 and 40ish adults. Homes are not all fixed may be livable but no cutting grass from the people that rent the homes."
  • Greg S.
"Ugly Place. Can't wait to move away. Rent is ridiculously high and is driven by the oilfield. Even when oil is not really booming, rent skyrockets."
  • Elizabeth B.
"Neighborhood is no longer as quiet as it used to be. Unsafe for runners and cyclers. High and fast traffic. "
  • Deebueno11
"Nice, quiet, friendly neighbors. medium to light traffic. near amenities like stores, entertainment etc... "
  • Lmiedema
"If it’s before 630 am it’s a breeze, 800 -830 the worst. Nighttime after 4 until 7 is generally ugly."
