Living room is large with area for dining. Large additional den or office or flex room! There is so much closet and storage space available! One car attached garage with opener and washer and dryer hookups.
Tenant pays all utilities. Landlord is responsible for lawn care!

Renter pays gas, electric, and City of Tulsa (water, sewer, trash). Landlord pays lawn care. No smoking of any type allowed: inside, outside, or on premises. Sorry, but we cannot permit pets at this property.
