The home is on a half acre lot and has a nice screened in lanai. Very quiet neighborhood close to park and shopping. We take care of maintenance on air and appliances and water softener. We own and manage our homes. You deal directly with us. NO MIDDLE MAN We have people to deal with any issues with our properties. Rent is $1450 per month.
