"Every day there are about 10 people walking a dog. We have a dog park within walking distance and if the dog “goes” any where else the owner bags it. Very responsible dog owners is what I always see here in DH"

"Great neighborhood. Quiet. Friendly. Most important safe! My children can go outside and play up and down the block without me having to worry. Cars driving through the blocks are very cautious. A lot near this area."

"This neighborhood has many public transportation options: buses, trolleys and trains are within 10 minutes. From this area you can drive to downtown Philadelphia in 15 minutes depending on traffic. There are many shopping and eating areas nearby also: Media, Springfield, etc. Also we are not far from the Mainline area with many points of interest."
