New appliances,cabinets and a new 50 inch flatscreen TV will be included and mounted on wall in the living room.

The inside of garage will be separated by walls built for locked storage for the upstairs and downstairs renters.The driveway can park 8 vehicles.
In the basement is the Laundry room with sink and 2 sets of washer and dryers and a pop machine.
A large new deck will be built as well.
New furnace with central air,all bedrooms and living room will have ceiling fans as well.
Outside of House will be repainted,new gutters,ect.Under construction Pictures are just a sample,will change pictures on here as being updated.

We do a mandatory background/credit/past evicted renter check on any renter before accepting.
