Description

A truly RARE find, first time on the market since 1968! This updated farmhouse on 2 acres is just a short walk to the North Augusta Greeneway! Oozing with character, this home is so charming it feels like it could've been designed by Joanna Gaines herself. The open floor plan allows for plenty of community & fellowship while keeping a separate wing for the bedrooms & a totally private master suite off the kitchen. The primary even has its own AC unit for ensured comfort, as well as a HUGE bathroom with tiled shower & soaking tub! Other noteworthy areas include the mudroom with built-in storage, flex room off the kitchen that has been used as an office & playroom (peek over the dutch door to check in!), and the finished basement with large closet big enough for your extra fridge or deep freezer! It could also be used as a 5th bedroom with private outdoor access. Spend hours outside in the fenced back yard enjoying the custom play house w/rock wall, zipline, & tree swing! Plenty of space for all your toys & hobbies with the 24x36 shop and storage shed. Just minutes from great North Augusta schools while feeling like you're in the country with no HOA. Quiet location on a dead-end street. No city taxes. There is nothing else move-in ready on 2 acres in North Augusta (Aiken Co) under 500k — don't miss out! Up to 6 chickens and 3 horses allowed per Aiken County Zoning -- see attached conditions!

"I believe that dog owners would like that the yards in my neighborhood are very large. I believe that dog owners would not like that my neighborhood is close to the interstate. If dogs got out and onto the interstate it could be really bad."
  • Ashley Bales
"I do not think that there is a whole lot that makes my neighborhood unique. It is near the interstate. It is in a wooded area. There is not a lot of traffic on my road. People are kind, but mostly keep to themselves."
  • Hollycorrine.01
"A lot of loose dogs in the neighborhood. Overall, a safe environment if you have a fenced in backyard"
  • Mariecole468
"It’s pretty central to the bigger metropolitan towns like Aiken or Augusta, about the same distance from each. "
  • Krystle Scott
"I really can’t say. I don’t have any kids so I’m not sure but it’s definitely safe as a single woman living here."
  • Ashley Bales
"People walk their dogs in the neighborhood a lot. You don’t have to abide by any rules. Obviously, if your dog poops in someone else’s yard, you need to pick it up."
  • Tammy Moss
"My neighborhood is very safe and neighborly. I would recommend it to my friends and family who are also looking for a home in a safe place."
  • Tabitha Sawyer

"It’s a quiet residential neighborhood. Everyone is friendly! Great place to raise kids. Schools are close by! Great location to I-20 and shopping. "
  • Harharwills28
"It is a nice and quiet place. No one really bothers anyone around here and it is a good place so far. "
  • Virginia B.
"Decent. Not bad. Not the shortest but not the longest. Traffic isn’t bad for the most part. Everything else is close."
  • O_navedo
"This is a very safe and family oriented city. Neighborhood stead are always well kept, neighbors are always friendly and houses are beautiful. The cost of living in North Augusta is low with property taxes being affordable, and this was one of the factors that appealed to us. House prices are average comparing to neighboring cities like Evans and Martinez in Augusta, GA. There is significant new construction in the area, specially off of Exits 1 and 5 on I-20. Downtown restaurant are great and varied and the new baseball park off the river is a great attraction. Downtown Augusta and all the night life is just minutes from North Augusta. Over all, North Augusta is a great place to live and raise a family."
  • Kittykat131418
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 6 years. The neighbors are great people, if you ever really need something or help they are ALWAYS there for you and your family."
  • P.lagasca
"Everything is a short drive away and the interstate is very close. ti is a clean and safe environment "
  • Chris H.
"Halloween is a time for community Trick-or-Treating. Most people put lights up during Christmas time. We live near the Greenway, a public walking trail, and it is nice to walk less that five minutes to enjoy the outdoors. "
