"For the most part, commute to Austin is unremarkable. Certain times are busier than others. The major highways are often congested. Tool roads are available and provide the opportunity for unimpeded travel."

"This is one of my most requested neighborhoods because of the community feel, excellent elementary school, and child-friendly amenities. There are two parts to the neighborhood - east and west of Shell Road. The highest demand comes from the area west of Shell Road, but this area on the east side is also a favorite."
