A new privacy fence was installed in 2015.

Front and back porches were built in 2015. The porch foundations are new and new brick columns were laid. The porch skirting has integrated doors to allow for full access storage under both porches. There are poured concrete pads under each porch to allow for clean storage.

New fascia and premium gutters with premium gutter guards installed on the main house in 2013. New gutters on porches in 2017. In 2013, 43 of the 45 windows in the home were replaced with high quality double and triple pane vinyl windows.
