Kingswood Village has an ideal location, just 10 minutes to NorthStar, one mile to Brockway golf course and one of Tahoe best beaches at Kings Beach State Park. Ski Lease Available - $3400/month plus utilities, $6800 deposit - Dec 1, 2026 to May 1, 2027

Tenant pays for cable/internet up front prior to arrival. Power and gas go into the tenants name. Additional cleaning fees and terms and signed lease required. We do require full time/year round employment, ski lease references if you are not currently residing together, great credit, full payment of all rent due thirty days prior to start of lease.
