The house is location on the corner of Morrell and Nubbin Ridge. East side.
Nice ranch style with hardwood floors, updated kitchen with stainless appliances.

To qualify, a minimum 600 credit report required. (This is part of rental application.)
I do NOT take applications until you have seen the house. I do not ask for personal information in advance. Lawn care included in the rent.

A 600 minimum credit score is definite requirement.

A family member dog can be accepted with a $300 pet fee. Will NOT take a cat. Please don't bother to even ask.

Two car garage. Fenced area behind house.

Tenant responsible for all utilities.
I do not take applications UNTIL you have seen the house and know that it is the "right" house to be your home. Protecting and saving your personal information . If you are not a typical family but two roommates sharing, that's acceptable but if three roommates, the rent is increased by $100.

    "If you’re a woman walking your dog/dogs alone no matter what time of day please be aware of surroundings. I was followed to my home by a man & he had to have ran because once I noticed him keeping pace behind me I started running. He actually knew where I lived already & beat me there because he was in my back yard area when I walked through the door and went to the back to lock it. Other than that sidewalks are good for the doggies. Too much fast moving traffic as well on the roads in residential areas. "
