Monthly rent for the lot is $250. Well water and septic included.
You will note that we are not a standard RV park who usually charges 350 - 450$ a month for a lot with all the "bells & whistles". You have 14 acres of protected wildlife area in front of your doorstep. Watch the deer from your lot! Our lots are much larger than standard RV lots. And that, in the middle of a beautiful, small hill country town that offers all amenities of which most are in walking distance!
