About this House

Great Garden Condo in York County with Williamsburg Address that is owner occupied. Less than Appraised value. I am a Motivated seller due to change in circumstance and ready to make a deal. Paid 162,500 just over two years ago and put in 2500 dollars worth of new Argon replacement windows. New GE Range, one month old. Dishwasher, water heater, Carpet and Stackable washer dryer within 4 years. Perfect for senior, retired couple student or young couple with child. Very pet friendly community. Ground floor with Garden Patio entrance from the parking lot and facing small wooded area. 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Sit on the patio in summer and watch the Hummingbirds and Downy Woodpeckers. Enjoy Fireplace when the weather turns balmy. Great neighbors and great location. Can walk or Bike to Colonial Williamsburg and William and Mary. Many Units in this complex are second Williamsburg vacation homes or homes bought for students while at Wstorm of a buyers market.  Interest rates are low, some closing cost assistence from me makes this cheaper than rent. Complex has pool, tennis and club house. Reasonable HOA fee($154) includes water, sewer and trash, master insurance policy and all outside maintenance.  All electric with low electric bill ( year round average about $75.00).  Low York County Property taxes  (64 cents/ hundred dollars or $940 a year) Really economical to own. Make me an offer. Lots of southern passive aggression, but also lots of truly friendly, laid back people. Look for the city to get younger and younger as the "college town" infrastructure continues to expand."
