Out unto a back room behind the den is a laundry room with 2 closets and more cabniets for storage, out the back door goes into a covered patio and out onto the backyard where you will see a barn storage area along with a couple big trees for shade, a clothing line for a fresh laundry smell and plenty of room. Ahead is a gate that opens into the front covered patio that leads to a door to the right which opens up a big 2 car garage with shelving and a remote control garage door with a double concrete parking area and a nice sized front yard.
