About this House

This home is a corner lot with a wood picket fence lot.
Inside this home you will enter in through a covered patio attached to the garage. The room you enter will be a very large front living room space with 5 windows. To the left down a hallway there lays the 3 bedrooms and 1 and 3/4 baths. Bedroom 1 and 2 are to the left. Bedroom 2 is the larger of the 3 bedrooms. Each room has a closet. The master closet holds 2, side by side , his and hers closet with extra storage above each side. The 3rd bedroom has 2 window and a smaller walk in closet. To the right is the 1st bathroom which is the 3/4 restroom. It includes a stand up shower, toilet and sink. The 2nd bathroom includes a bath tub, toilet and large vanity sink. Out into the hallway opens up to the left into a doorway where the kitchen lays. It includes a stove and dishwasher( it hasn't been used in years!) There is an opening for a fridge that is beside a large lazy Suzanne style pantry with more storage above. As well as extra storage above the stove and sink area and open window cabniets on the right wall with extra counter space. Into the eating area the kitchen counter extends to a bar sitting area with extra storage cabniets underneath. The eating area extends into the den/ back living that has high double windows, a wood burning fireplace and a cozy area. Out unto a back room behind the den is a laundry room with 2 closets and more cabniets for storage, out the back door goes into a covered patio and out onto the backyard where you will see a barn storage area along with a couple big trees for shade, a clothing line for a fresh laundry smell and plenty of room. Ahead is a gate that opens into the front covered patio that leads to a door to the right which opens up a big 2 car garage with shelving and a remote control garage door with a double concrete parking area and a nice sized front yard.
