We have a two story office building for sale or lease located in downtown Yantis TX, otherwise known as the Heart of Lake Fork! Each office is equipped with their own storage closet, but if needed, there are extra storage/equipment rooms inside of the building. We have three offices that have carpet flooring and five offices that have hardwood flooring with Wainscoting that surrounds majority of the interior of the building. Our building is in immaculate shape and is in a great location. We are looking for serious buyers/tenants that are going to love our building and treat it with the best of care.
