"I grew up in this neighborhood and recently moved back into the house that I grew up in. Many of the same neighbors were still there. I will always feel at home here and everyone is so lovely. "
  • Kimberly R.
"Very dog friendly. Big park close by where a lot of families bring their dogs. All dogs are usually leashed. Very safe. "
  • Denise B.
"lots of space for walking dogs. lots of sidewalks. I have a dog and we love the area. if your dog likes to chase people would not be good due to a lot of bike riders."

  • Queenjackieklump
"lots of pitbulls in this neighborhood. but for the most part, they are well controlled. for some reason people feel the need to have multiples of these dogs.i don't get it. we're looking for a different place to live."
  • abigail e
"I’ve lived here for almost five years and I’ve run into a lot of family I didnt know I had. Great town. The sugar beat smell though. 🤮"
  • Tina C. T.
"Quiet with great neighbors. Nice place to walk your dogs. Lighted streets make it feel safer. The kids in the neighborhood place quietly and are friendly. "
  • Rebecca P.
"while being a town with great water views and awesome outdoor summer activities.. it does not have the over populated tourist feel. Home town feel and now with the new construction to revive the city I look forward to seeing what the next few years bring."
  • Peanut4460rae
"not enough fences to keep dogs away from people who might be uncomfortable around dogs. it is a quiet neighborhood."
  • Emily H.
"I have to drive to the nearest larger city for work. The commute is less than thirty minutes. It is mostly freeway. "

  • KM
"Our neighborhood is older and lower middle class but we know our neighbors, people look out for each other, and there are good schools in the area according to our friends with children at home."
  • Sarahf772@gmail.com
"there is a park within walking distance. downtown is a couple blocks away. There is a pedal bus, horse and carriage, and trollies offered seasonally downtown. "
  • Salenadebusschere
"There are sidewalks in many areas. There is also a small park area. But, does not allow dogs to run free."
  • Rodriguezmarcelia
"Traffics bad I lost two dogs to car accidents. My two poms got hit by a truck. My current dog loves going to the dog parks."
  • Bambigirl
"There are many nice parks and family events to attend throughout the year. A lot of the schools are within walking distance from where you live. A word of caution, a lot of people do NOT leash their dogs in Bay City and there are a lot of dogs allowed to run loose. I do like the fact that cats must be licensed, the same as dogs. It cuts down on the number of stray cats in the city. "
  • Nathan K.
"I moved here for work and really enjoy living and working here. neigh ors are friendly and everything I need is very accessible."
  • Kris A.
"I lived in this area for a year now. I see ppl walking their dogs every day. What I like about my neighborhood is that it's quite. Thank not traffic I hear are vechicals on the close main street That's what makes my neighborhood unique. "
  • Laura R.
"I like my neighborhood the people are nice and they care about their yards. The schools are close and within walking distance "
