Description

This charming home in Heidelberg Run East offers a blend of comfort, style, and functionality, starting with its inviting covered front porch that sets the stage for what lies within. As you enter through the front door, flanked by double sidelights, you're greeted by a tile foyer adorned with a barn door coat closet, adding a rustic touch. To the left of the foyer, a versatile space awaits, which can be used as either a formal living room or a formal dining area, benefiting from newly added eastern exposure side windows that flood the room with natural light. Continuing through the foyer leads you into the heart of the home—an expansive 35 handle kitchen featuring granite countertops, a natural stone backsplash, custom cabinetry, an island, and a spacious breakfast/dining area. This kitchen seamlessly flows into the family room, where a corner gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. One of the standout features of this home is the sunroom addition, boasting a vaulted pine ceiling, skylights, and stone accented walls, providing a tranquil space to enjoy the outdoors from within. Completing the main floor is a tastefully designed rustic styled half bath conveniently located just off the foyer area. Upstairs, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms, with two of them offering ample closet space. The master bedroom includes two closets, one of which is a walk-in, and an updated master bath featuring a stall shower. Additional storage is provided by two linen closets located in the hallway and main hall bath, which features a large single bowl vanity. The second level offers all new carpeting throughout. The basement, equipped with heating and a laundry area, has been partially finished with vinyl flooring, offering potential for further customization to meet your personal preferences. Outside, the rear patio provides a perfect spot for relaxation, overlooking an above-ground pool with a newer liner and fencing. Situated on a corner lot with extra rear open space between neighboring homes, this property offers a sense of seclusion and tranquility. For added security, exterior security cameras are installed, and an invisible fence surrounds the entire perimeter. Additional features include a recently replaced roof (only 3 years old) and a remarkable oversized heated garage with 8ft insulated doors, ideal for accommodating larger vehicles like 4x4s. The garage also includes shelving and a workbench area, catering to hobbyists and DIY enthusiasts. A side parking area has been added, perfect for accommodating an RV or boat. • Morsletine67
"There are a lot of people that walk their dogs in this area and most people are animal friendly, but you do have some people that put up signs to keep off lawn. The reason I believe this happens is because you do have some people, very few, that will walk their dogs at night and not clean up. As a dog owner, I always clean up after my dog and I get very annoyed when I am walking and I see that someone didn’t clean up after their dog. "
  • Jul Kastle
"Very Friendly Neighborhood~We Feel safe in our Community. Everyone is friendly and welcoming..Nice place to call Home. "
  • Jfinks69
"Neighbors are respectful of each other and their properties. The area is maintained and is close enough to shops and businesses without being too close. "
  • Morgan
"724 can be backed up at times, which is annoying. Local groceries, post office, school and farmers market is all very convenient. "
  • Pchacon2122
"Neighbors are pet friendly and I have ample space for my dogs in my yard. I feel my dogs are safe in our yard/home "
  • D. Rivera
"Absolutely nothing. I moved here because I lived among the elderly and they began moving and selling their homes after Covid. Now the neighbors are loud with music playing constantly. Outside smoking weed and using profanity all the time. Gets worse during the summer time. I cannot let my kids outside to ply because there is no respect for them as children."
  • hm96
"Some people do not keep their dogs quiet, then the barking picks up when people or another dog is walking by. "
  • Keesha Hill
"The area of safety the schools and shopping the community overall The living of country suburban life "
