Both sides of house can access laundry room. Large living room that could be shared or closed off for one side to use. Full bath on each side of house, 1 has T/S the other large shower only. There are dining rooms for each side. One side has hardwood that has been refinished. Other side mostly carpet and vinyl tile. Yard has pecan trees. Small fenced in area for dog or kids, garage used mainly for storage, 2 car carport. Nice curb appearance.
