  • Krina Patel

"Lowest crime. Best schools. Good middle class values (not too snooty). Perfect!"
  • mistylbergeron
"This neighborhood has everything you need within walking distance. Walk to the lake, 2 playgrounds, ball fields, post office, 2 pizza places, hair salon, convenience store (w/Keno, beer & wine). Malls & shopping are a short 10 minute drive. All the conveniences while living in a beautiful historic neighborhood!"
  • Mutkoski
"I live in this neighborhood, Beaver Brook Estates. Very few cars, no through-roads. Wide streets, sidewalks, common areas to play and explore. 3 culdesacs (big circles, great for riding toys or bikes "racetrack style"). Tons of kids, always more than one group playing together outside any afternoon. Small wooded areas to explore, a foot bridge over the brook, walking trails and a wildflower meadow. Absolutely perfect."
