"I have lived here for 12 years and it was great till they put all these houses in and created an association. I don’t like it."
  • Steven m. s.
"We have lived here for more than 10 years and it is a great community for a family. We have some great restaurants, Kroger and retail stores close by."
  • littledusty3
"Train is extremely loud, hard to get use to. Many ongoing barking dogs in area which is annoying. You definitely need a car to get anywhere to shop or go to restaurants in town.. Many goose in the area due to the backyard ponds. They leave a big waste mess in spring and feather mess, esp. when molting. House is pretty chilly in winter as it is a manufactured house, and hot in summer. The well water is not great, more hard than usual. (spoiled egg smell) as long as I lived there for one year. The house does have a new roof."
