"It has unfettered access to everything in downtown and it is a very walkable city. The neighbors are fantastic as well!"

"There are plants on each side of my house which is good for being right downtown. It is so nice, serves as a natural blockade from the street traffic. "

"The large homeless population and alleyways that they make their home really set this neighborhood apart. Beware of drug needles while walking barefoot through the park. "

" Safety is the biggest issue here. It's not a good residential area. Too much construction for big-ticket items right now (NW Community Credit Union and soon a new high-rise student housing monster). Also, the chronic homeless have made camps in and around there. Needles and 211 beer cans everywhere. Not good for children, and ALWAYS keep doors locked. "
