6 blocks to the beach is where you will find this 2/3 bedroom, one full bath, year round home with living room, eat in kitchen, large laundry room/pantry and a rear addition with wood burning fireplace. (Addition currently used as a den but was a master bedroom). The back yard has a deck, storage shed, sitting area with pergola and two bench swings and a detached one car garage storage space above. Del Haven is a coastal community, offering stunning sunsets only six blocks away, with a plethora of birds, butterfly's and nature in abundance. This home has some electric baseboard heat, two propane wall mounted units and a wood burning fireplace. Our roof is 8 years old, water heater 3 years old and we have 200 amp electric service. Easy to show, the owner works from home so please give a little bit of notice if possible. The beach and 2 beach access shots are just down the street. We believe that the 984 sq ft in tax records only reflects the front home and not the rear additions. Square footage should be determined by the buyer for accuracy, see attache survey. Sellers pay flood insurance of 841 a year. We do not have a flood elevation certificate. See associated docs.

    "The bay ,, there are a lot of restaurants in the villas, ponderlodge is in the villas, it’s owned by the state and there’s loads of nature trails and ponds back there, it’s safe, no one bothers you,, it would be nice if they would put a few benches along the wAy, everyone removes their own trash, it’s a very clean place and lots and lots and lots of acres of wildlife."

    "Driving is easy and the roads are narrow so neighbors patiently wait to drive by if a car is heading the opposite way. Easy to commute to work. Walking my dog is fun, although there aren’t sidewalks so it can be tricky to find places for him to walk safely out of the way. A great neighborhood. "

The locals are somewhat rude and distant. In the summer there's tons of activity, the bay is very close and the beaches are a short drive and great fishing and crabbing..
