Pitch roof and window gable added . Roof covers large carport and now has a covered patio . Also added 12By16 sun room with door to new patio . Bath increased in size and has a two seat walk in shower and is all tile. Foyer has walk in closet to left and pantry and laundry room to the right double doors into living area and double doors into the new sun room . It also has a double door 12ft closet on the right as you walk in . The bedroom now has a vaulted ceiling and door to patio. The siding is now all stucco on the outside of the house. There is a second patio on the left side of the backyard overlooking a fish pond . There is also a two stall boathouse with a glass and wrought iron door. All new double pane windows, sunroom may be used as 3rd bedroom or office. The main living area walls are 1 by 6 tongue and groove knotty pine .

    "I’d say living on the lake is nice but it’s been drained for a while now. Supposed to be fixed soon but who knows. Nothing unique really, but it would be super cool if the little “shop” in the landing was opened.. Would bring the neighborhood together ten fold. "

    "Dogs get dumped here a lot which is sad. Some dog owners are responsible and friendly most aren’t. People in general aren’t neighborly like they were 10-20 years ago. While it may be safer here than Little Rock, people aren’t friendly, otherwise it’s fine."
