"Very rural, no sidewalks, need a vehicle to travel. Not much as far as for kids to do, some parks here and there. Property taxes are high in NJ overall. Schools in the area are pretty good, so that's a plus. "

We are less than a 30 minute drive to skiing, multiple golf courses, state/federal parks and recreation areas, hiking, hunting and fishing.
