Large number of short-stay vacation rentals yields 'motel-strip' atmosphere in many Kenmure areas. Need to drive into Flat Rock for usable parks, decent restaurants, etc. OK for retirees who golf frequently or who stay indoors or who want to sit around "country club" and 'socialize'. Constant high-intensity traffic on main roads to condos (e.g., Overlook) and clubhouse."
