The home is steps from shopping, restaurants and direct bus to downtown Boston or Blue Line Trains.

A credit application will be need to be completed by parties renting the house. The applicants are liable for payment of the application fees.

Note: Since the house is an antique home from the 1860's, as to our knowledge has not been deleaded.
