This fantastic 2 family Colonial home is in great condition. They are side by side apartments here, each with a main floor and second floor. They also each have access to the back deck, and they have their own enclosed porch. The left apartment offers an updated kitchen, separate dining area, and living room on main floor---3 bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. The kitchen has newer oak cabinetry and newer counter tops. The dining room is just off the kitchen with newer laminate flooring. Living room features a large picture window, swirled ceilings, and curved archways. Upstairs, all 3 bedrooms have hardwood floors. Bathroom has been updated as well. Next door is the second 3 bedroom apartment, set up the same way with a large kitchen, dining room, and living on main floor--3 bedrooms upstairs with hardwood floors and a bath. Both apartments have their own access to the basement. Both apartments also have a front and back access into their place. The back yard is quite large, going back a ways into the woods. Home is vinyl sided, roof is approx. 10 years old, and there are updated windows. Really need to take a look at this one yourself to see how nice it truly is. It would be the perfect place to live in on one side and rent out the other.

this school is great! My children are happy going here. the school counselor meets the children at the door in the morning with a smile on her face and greets them telling them to have a great day! They feel welcomed in the school. The principal is always available to the students and the teachers are top notch. I love Madison.

"I've only been here for a few months, but I do like the neighborhood. It seems safe and lots of kids playing outside now the weather is warming up. The neighbors I've met are friendly, but also keep to themselves for the most part. No drama"

"Everything in town is literally 4 minutes away. The traffic is minimal. The roads are cleared well during winter, but they use a large amount of salt. "

"Many of the houses do not have fenced yards. This makes it challenging to give dogs an easily recognizable space as their own. I added a temporary fence for my small dogs. "
