Your within walking distance to CAMC Teays Valley Hospital, which is perfect I'm case of any emergencys or sicknesses.. Plus if there are ever any storms or power outages pur Power is never out longer than a few min, Due to being close to the hospital and nursing home they have to get the power back on for them IMMEDIATELY which means our power Gert's back on immediately.. :) Also we just had oiur Roof Completely Redone in January 2016. And a brand-new water tank put in , in 2013 and a Brand New Air-conditioning Unit, inside and outside put in ,in 2013. There is a brand new refrigerator bought in 2015. And the inside opf the house itself hard been completely remolded and updated by the previous owners in 2008 before we bought the home, including a new washer and dryer an extra addition built on to the back of the home connected onto the kitchen.which we use as a Recreation Room. The carpet, bathroom fixtures, tile , kitchen laminet wood flooring and entry way was also part of the remodel. And there's an Attached 2 car garage , with a large driveway fitting an additional 3 cars. This neighborhood iis a quiet neighborhood there's no loud noises or sounds of roadways or vehicles passing.. And our home has the largest fenced in front and fenced in back yard in the neighborhood.

    "The city always has something going for kids. The city has a reservoir that is stocked for good fishing and has a park there with baseball fields, basketball courts, a play ground for kids and a spray park. There is also a city park that has baseball and softball fields, soccer fields, hiking trails, two lakes for fishing, a picnic shelter, dog park, and a community center that includes a small shopping where you can go the ice cream shop and food court. In the summer time the show movies on a big screen where you bring your own chairs. Movie nights are free except for the food trucks and ice cream. The city of Hurricane is always hosting events on historic Main Street. The schools here are some of the better schools in the state. "

Only down side is having to get up really early to get to work on time during the school season. Elementary school right around the corner. Pretty close to a Walgreens and many restaurants. about 5 minutes from the interstate too. about 15 minutes from a Krogers. "
