There are 2 full bathrooms, loads of closet space, including a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and a laundry room. Cable package, including HBO, is included.

Pets are allowed in the building for an extra fee. The condominium is attached to the Royal Sonesta hotel, and the hotel gym/pool are available to residents for a fee. There is a great rental condo (2BR/1BA) available for out-of-town guests. There is a beautiful green space that can be seen from the windows and accessed from a lower floor.
