We love our small town school with big opportunities.

This school is suppose to prepare our kids into becoming young, well educated, and mature adults. And have a healthy, well-rounded environment. This school is also suppose to worry about problems that happen in the school like bullying, racism, discrimination, mental health and other problems. The teachers, depending on which teacher, are supposed to be welcoming and not be talking about their personal life or problems. Their supposed to be teaching our kids with the proper lessons that their supposed to be learning. But instead this school doesn't do anything about bullying or discrimination including racism. they get informed but they don't fix the situation and they had a mental health program but shut it down after it being open for a couple of weeks. Their environment is horrible and they treat curtain people like trash. This school cares more about 'not having your phone out in class or in the halls' than these teens education or the schools problems. The teachers talk about there personal life and problems when there supposed to be teaching our kids. The teachers give unnecessary homework or they would give there the kids homework without explaining how or what to do. The don't specifically explain things to kids that have problems understanding. these teachers are mandated reporters but they don't report any issues that these teachers see with their own eyes. Either you get a good teacher or you get a teacher that complain or sits back and lets you do the work. The schools staff and principal don't hear different sides of a story. And they also assign classes and aspect you to know that you need to get credits for curtain classes even though you sometimes cant switch a class. The student counselor doesn't help with anything. neither does the school psychologist. The leadership at this school sucks, and the school doesn't help with learning differences, they just put you in difference classes and the teachers don't help because some of them will help but then totally forget about it. I do not recommend you to put you child in this school.
