About this House

Beautifully landscaped and located on a cul-de-sac. This home has been modified to accommodate a resident who relies on a wheelchair. A ramp is installed from the driveway to the front door and another wraps around the house for access to the back of the house. Floors are all hard surface for ease of wheelchair use. The kitchen has lowered counter surfaces, sink and stove, and adaptive cabinets for easier access. One of the full baths has a roll- in shower access and lowered sink. Lowered switches. Freshly painted. As you enter the home you will find the large living room that leads to the kitchen. The first full bath and the 2 smaller bedrooms are found to the left of the main entrance. As you continue to the back of the house, it opens up into a huge family room, with hall to the second wheelchair accessible bathroom and a larger bedroom. The utility is off the kitchen and family room and also has a ramp to the side of the house. Backup generator on left side of house.
