Top quality vinyl replacement windows installed '13. House painted inside in May '17. There is a screened porch off den area and a large balcony off the master BR. Oversized 2 car gar & driveway space for 4 cars. In '09 installed a new durable vinyl corrugated seawall (bulkhead) in order to tie into the neighbors which was required by CBPA guidelines. The old seawall is still in good shape with no breaks and is still in place behind the new wall. Seller has 143' on the canal w/3 different dock levels w/space for multiple boats. THIS IS A MUST SEE FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO KEEP A BOAT DOCKED AT THEIR BACKYARD!
