SEPTEMBER 1st LEASE START. Nice East Watertown 2nd floor 2 BED 2 BATH apartment in a 3 family home. Unit has hardwood floors, replacement windows, dishwasher, gas stove, fridge & granite counters. There are 2 bedrooms, each w/ a closet, living room, dining room and a big kitchen. Laundry machines are in the unfinished basement for use and are shared with the other tenants (not coin-operated). Heating is by gas and NOT included in the rent. There is driveway PARKING for 1 CAR ONLY - No additional spaces. Street parking allowed overnight April-November. There are a couple of parking options close by for a 2nd car (overnight in the winter). Owner will consider a cat or small dog. Great location close to the new Arsenal Yard shops, restaurants, MBTA, and more. There is no outdoor yard space but the house does abut a very nice park. 1st and last months rent upfront. Pictures are of the apartment but from prior to current tenant moving in.
