The Windmere Point Subdivision Restrictions (DB 336, PG 23) and related Plat of Windmere Point were recorded in January, 1978 in the Franklin County Land Records. Those covenants provided for the restrictions to run with the title to any and all parts of land in this subdivision for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date of recordation of the subdivision plat and restrictions. Those covenants were not renewed by the property owners after the expiration of this twenty-five (25) year period.
