    Large 2.29 acre, wooded and very private Franklin County waterfront lot located in a prime, highly desired, central SML main channel location just below the SML State Park. This waterfront lot has 127 feet of waterfront and an existing covered boat dock and floater, and it provides for a home location with a very nice long water view out to the main channel of the lake. Water and electric service lines have been installed from the road to a probable WF home location on this lot. This WF community is serviced by the Western Virginia Water Authority. A private driveway servicing this Lot 1 and the adjoining Lot 2 has been installed to the WF area of the lot and its maintenance is provided for under a recorded Easement and Driveway Maintenance Agreement between the owners of Lot 1 and Lot 2. The Windmere Point Subdivision Restrictions (DB 336, PG 23) and related Plat of Windmere Point were recorded in January, 1978 in the Franklin County Land Records. Those covenants provided for the restrictions to run with the title to any and all parts of land in this subdivision for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date of recordation of the subdivision plat and restrictions. Those covenants were not renewed by the property owners after the expiration of this twenty-five (25) year period.
