There is no HOA (Home Owner Association)/fees or CCR's here. The Tiny home could be expanded onto or used at temp housing while building your bigger home if desired. There is no solar or plumbing set up currently but it could be added easily, as is very common for there are many off grid tiny homes in the neighborhood. The seller reports there is a cesspool already and uses a generator for power and its included with the sale. Also no "SSPP" fees to hook up to Helco electricity if chosen, if so buyer would need to submit permitted house plans to county to get electric or stay off the grid with solar. It's a great start !
