Description

The house is apx. ½ mile from Parkway exit 91, and is set back apx. 120 feet from curb. The schools – Ramtown elementary and Howell High School - are great. One previous owner (The builder) did things first class with Anderson windows, Timberline roof, Koehler fixtures, solid wood 6 panel doors, Casablanca ceiling fans, etc. The 4 bedroom 2½ bath (oversized tub and skylight in one) colonial was built around 1989. Large eat-in kitchen with birch cabinets and stainless appliances. The well (118 ft. deep), and septic system eliminate water and sewer bills. Wood burning fireplace heats and decorates the apx. 23 x 15 living room. Large sliding doors from both the kitchen and living room go to the park like back yard with a 38X12 deck, apx. 33 X 12 in-ground pool, separate fenced dog run, wooded area behind shed makes yard much larger than it first appears – apx. 97 acre. Tax appeal has been filed so you can expect lower taxes next year! Lower asking price reflects an as is sale since owner is relocating. There’s a riding lawn mower and high end Thermo-Spa hot tub included. “Bilco” type doors open to full basement (apx 8 feet) that is half finished and half storage, and there’s a large attic for additional storage. The large master bedroom with walk in closet and private bath complements the other 3 large bedrooms (all with ceiling fans). Plenty of space for a growing family, and room to park six or more car for all of them. This does not include a 1.5 car garage. Please e-mail or call the owner (732)836-0837 for an appointment to see it, or to get more information.

"Family friendly area to raise children. Very good schools and community for families. I have lived here 30 years"
  • Samanthascipione
"I’ve lived here forever. My whole neighborhood was built brand new we moved in when I was two and everyone who moved in also had young children and we got to grow up together. It has given me my best friend who will be my maid of honor, godmother to my first child. A safe and fun childhood. The leave your house when it’s light out and be home by dinner, use your creativity kind of childhood. Trick or treating in a huge group with the whole neighborhood. A big backyard for all of our family birthday parties. All of my schools, where I had halloween parades, Christmas concerts, learned how to drive in the parking lot, extreme school pride football games. Summers in the pool and at the beach, trips to the city with multiple options for easy travel. In short, Howell has given me and my family the most beautiful memories my whole life. I couldn’t imagine growing up anywhere else. I would stay here forever if I could. "
  • Shalimar

"I have lived here for five years after moving from another part of town. I adore Howell township and the combination of suburban and rural lifestyle that can be incorporated into one coherent and old school way of life. The school system is all inclusive and progressive with a focus on college prep and the arts"
  • Lombardi j.
