Coming from NYC, the parks are gorgeous and clean. A lot of restaurants and stores are in close proximity from neighborhoods. Overall it’s safe and peaceful."

People walk their dogs, kids ride their bikes to school, and most people keep up their homes so that the neighborhood still looks nice. There are a ton of older trees, which gives the neighborhood a natural vibe. "

"There are a number of homeless people about. Overall it’s a nice area. The schools are nearby and the college is close to the high school. There are nice walking trails for the kids to get to school "
