the materials is a very hard grade basalt, it will make AB, RIP RAP, LEECH ROCK CONCRETE ROCK, ASPHALT ROCK, 3.8 CHIPS, BOULDERS, Etc. There is approx. 50,000 tons or more of crushable material ready to crush now on the ground. It is a new materials source and ready to go, very close to Hwy 64. 1000 yards. There are approx., 7,500,000 tons or more of inground reserves all fenced. electric on adjacent parcel with easements in place to run power. owner will carry with 50% down at a reasonable interest rate .
Equipment in pictures is not included as it belongs to the crushing contractor whom is done with the AB job.
May be open to a partial trade for other real estate, bass boats, guns ammo, gold ,silver, 1031 exchange.
Prime property for a concrete batch plant or an asphalt hot plant, right on top of the materials source.
Deep well on adjacent property 3600 feet deep, will need a pump.
