This five-acre property is conveniently located off Highway 62 near Yucca Valley, not far from Palm Springs or Joshua Tree. Close to all that the Mojave Desert and Coachella Valley has to offer. Lay out on the large deck, enjoy the outdoor fireplace, or just rest in the cozy two seat swing as day turns to dusk. This isn't a corporate rental, it's a beloved second home that we enjoy sharing with others. Perfect for remote workers, creatives, and snowbirds. Contains all needed appliances, including washer/dryer. We're not looking for an annual tenant, but depending on your circumstances, we're happy to negotiate several weeks or months at a time. Note that roads leading from Highway 62 in this area are dirt. Credit/background check will be performed.

    "Coyotes walk down roads in daylight. Never let your cats or small dogs out in unfenced yards. Dirt roads in some areas. Water may not be fit to drink for young children. Horse property air is clean temperature 10-15 degrees cooler than Palm Springs yet just 30minutes from downtown. "

Many residents have horses and it is nor unusual to see them riding by the house. A quick commute and you are in Palm Springs or on the freeway to points beyond."
