The circuit breaker panel is ready to plug into your generator. The furniture is included as well as some building materials (additional windows & wood flooring). There's a compost toilet on the premise. Tug Mountain Rd is seasonal, however the camp owners can request permission to park at the bottom of Tug Mountain Rd and snowmobile in.
