One of the easiest lots to access in Antelope Valley Ranch. Over 44 acres on Storm Bluff Rd, just a short distance from pavement. A large portion of the property is level meadowland rising in the back to a wooded area. This area has good dirt and would make an excellent horse ranch. There's 640 acres of State Trust Land immediately to the south of the property. No HOA. DIRECTIONS: From Seligman head north on Route 66 towards Peach Springs. Just past the Grand Canyon Caverns the divided highway will merge. About 1/4 mile past this point there will be a gated road to the left. This is Storm Bluff but there is no sign. Go thru the gate and follow for approximately 1 mile to the first turn to the left. This will bring you to the northeast corner of the parcel.

This is an absolutely wonderful school. There about under 200 children in the school from K to 12. Everybody knows everybody (including parents) by name. Students get lots of one on one attention. Teachers are academically supporting and carrying. The principle is available for conversations almost all the time. The door to his office is constantly open and he personally greats the people who are passing by. A week ago I could not find one teacher during parent-teacher conference and the principle led me to her himself. School is practically drug and bullying free. One girl who moved from a big city started harassing my daughter - we both informed the teacher about it - she immediately talked to the girl and the bullying completely stopped. That was the only incident of bullying in three years. Students help and support each other - there is a sense of a warm loving community. The worst of the drug problem was a boy vaping in the bathroom which was caught by detectors and the principal dealt with it right away. It was also the only incident in the last three years. My daughters absolutely love the school in which they feel like at home. If I need something done from them at home I threated them that if they don't do it, they will stay home out of school the next day. But to them not going to this school is one of the worst punishments.

"WOW!!!!! Incredible! When you think of Arizona you think of expansive desolation of desert. This is not that! On rolling hills and small mountains you find yourself surrounded by juniper trees and complete silence. No traffic, no sound of trains, no overheads planes. A place to getawy from it all and yet you feel so complete and one with nature. My goal now in life is to retire there!!!! I SO fell in love with the area! I can't get it out of my mind! I long to be back!! I really do!! And you're so close to Seligman, a neat little town you would just imagine would be on Route 66, Flagstaff which is convenient in it's many facilities and so beautiful with it's higher elevation ponderosa pine trees. And the incredible Grand Canyon and My God I absolutely fell in love with the area!! I just can't stop thinking about it!! I SO want to go back and never, ever leave again!!!!!!"
