"A car is necessary for transportation to any shopping or restaurants from my subdivision. The commute to the nearest town for shopping in either direction is only about a fifteen minute drive."

"I just moved here a month ago. It’s way out in the country. Can’t see neighbors homes from here. It’s quiet and the stars are lovely. It’s very quiet. I can walk a long way and see no one."

"Most dog owners in my area of Morganton are respectful to their neighbors & their fur babies !!! Additionally multiple large tracts unfenced ... if dogs happen to get lost ....all work hard to reunite "
