I don't usually do reviews of things but I am compelled to write one for this school. I have nothing but good thoughts of it. My son was behind speechwise by two years. We got him speech therapy since pre-k here and he is now reading better than some of his peers. The teachers are all nice. I especially loved his pre-k teacher Mrs. Rhodes. She went the extra mile to make things special for the kids and their parents. My son is happy going to school and I could see why. Out of any school that he could attend I would hands down have him go there again. The school is new, nice and clean. They are very organized and teach kids manners. That was the first thing I noticed about it before my son even attended. I highly recommend Shawnee Early Childhood Center. I give it five stars in all areas.

"Downtown usually has a summer event and around Christmas at the library. The neighborhoods does not hand out candy but down town has trick or treat or the church on hwy 9 before the bridge has trunk or treat for Halloween."
