Have 2 students that attend one with high anxiety and social issues, and the teachers challenge the students to improve academically and socially! Great teachers!

Maryann Losey is extremely rude! Decision at the front of the school and represent whoever walks in they have made a terrible choice! I know for a fact I'm not the only parent that sees that she likes personality, and plain and simple manners! She is rude and kind and sending, she does not smile or even make eye contact. She axes though being a secretary required her to be obtained a masters degree and that she lives in some big huge house up the road. She needs to sit down, look in the mirror, and self evaluate! She obviously doesn't like her job or she has grown two comfortable at being allowed to be rude to people. They need somebody else sitting up front that cares about their looks, professionalism, with personality and manners to represent that school. She is horribly rude!

I would caution any parent considering sending their children to this school. I was a wholehearted champion of this school but have become completely disheartened recently. At best, this is an average or below average school in the district. In the past two years, the class sizes have gotten larger, putting more pressure on teachers for "rigor" and fewer resources and aides in the classroom. My child has absolutely suffered as a result of this approach. Above average students are ignored in the classroom and subsequently can fall behind as teachers have to focus on the students already struggling. As a parent, it takes full time effort and involvement to stay on top of what they're studying and working on to notice where and when this is happening, i.e. logging into the child's Chromebook and checking their online work, watching when they do the work to make sure they actually understand the concepts, etc. Teachers do not have time to do this with classrooms packed well beyond what is an optimal number in order to lower costs. They've also removed a great deal of the opportunities for parents to come in and observe and participate in classroom learning (and the fun activities) unlike neighboring FKE which involves parents in their "learn at every turn" campaign.
