The soils are also great for producing Bermuda Grass Seed, Alfalfa Seed and Onion Seed. There is tile ranging from 59" to 74" across the ranch. There is a cement ditch that is in average condition, and the ranch has been laser leveled in the past. This property needs to be purchased with the adjacent property to the south (South Date Canal, Gate 4A, containing 38 acres).
